Product application

When mixed with dry material, the AR Glass Microfiber sizing agent system makes the fiber have excellent wear resistance and clustering property, and the monofilament fiber has a good reinforcement effect under the condition of low dosage with low TEX. It is especially suitable for making bagged repair mortar or top leveling mortar after material premixing.

AR Glass Microfiber can also be used in the production of standard GRC components under vibration molding process.

Technical parameters

This fiber has high zirconium content, conforms to ASTMC 1666 shock C 1666/M-07 and EN15422 standards, and is produced in accordance with PCI and GRCA recommendations.

Recommended content

■ For dry-mixed mortar, the recommended content is 1kg/m³.

■ For GRC premix, the recommended content is 2.5-3.5% by weight.

Packaging mode

AR Glass Microfiber is packed in colored plastic bag, which contains independent small packages with a weight of 1kg/bag. The packaging can also be designed according to the actual requirements of customers.

Quality standard and certification

■ AR Glass Microfiber production conforms to ISO9001 quality management certification system.

■ Pioneer fiber series products are not included in the list of dangerous goods stipulated by 1272/2008/EC.
