Polypropylene short-cut fiber for dry-mixed mortar and GRC premixing
PP Microfiber is a bunch of short-cut polypropylene fiber, which is used in dry mixing system and GRC component premixing process.
Product application
PP Microfiber has excellent dispersibility in dry powder mixture, and the bundle fiber is monofilament after dry mixing. The special production process can achieve good reinforcement effect under the condition of low fiber content. It is especially suitable for making bagged repair mortar or top leveling mortar after material premixing.
PP Microfiber can also be used in the production of standard GRC components under vibration molding process.

Recommended content
■ For dry-mixed mortar, it is recommended to add 1kg/m ³.
■ For GRC premix, the recommended content is 2.5-3.5% by weight.
Packaging mode
PP Microfiber is packed in colored plastic bag, which contains independent small packages with a weight of 1kg/bag. The packaging can also be designed according to the actual requirements of customers.
Quality standard and certification
■ PP microfiber production conforms to ISO9001 quality management certification system.
■ Pioneer fiber series products are not included in the list of dangerous goods stipulated by 1272/2008/EC.
